These bushings exhibit good resistance to chemicals and good electrical properties. Since the inside diameter of the bushing can be slightly enlarged to fit cables or pipes and then narrowed in assembly, this results in a fair amount of clamping and consequently absorption to pulls. They offer good electrical and mechanical protection to cables, ropes and pipes. Thanks to the retaining teeth, these bushings snap on and fit the thickness of the frame up to a maximum shown in the table.
