Patented lamellar clamping cable glands with innovative folding closure system. They are manufactured in the open position to facilitate the passage of the cable. After inserting the cable, lower the top of the gland by snapping it closed; the cable will be bent without being damaged. This innovative design saves a lot of time and money. Once the cable is inserted and the threaded body of the cable gland is screwed down, liquid tightness is guaranteed even in the open position. The special internal threading in both metric and PG versions makes it easier and faster to tighten the cable gland. Integrated with the support base are pre-molded sealing rings that act as O-rings. These cable glands have excellent resistance to salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease and common solvents. It is recommended to use the cable gland with the smallest maximum cable diameter suitable for the cable to be used.
